My body still aches from yesterday. I'm glad that we were successful in getting the move completed with just the normal amount of challenges. Not that I am looking forward to the next move by anyone.

So I'm headed home for a little R&R. Had originally planned to ride tonight, but I think recovery is the name of the game tonight.
