Happy Valentine's Day to "The Girls"!!!!
This photo is a little dated, but what great smiles you all have! (Of course, there are four orthodontists in town who had an economic interest in these results!)
I was thinking this morning that there were lots of Valentine's Days in the past when I would stop in at the old Hy Vee store for flowers/candy or other stuff to take to each of you. I miss those times.
I'll add some more observations to this entry later today.

thanks for not putting up the photo from that day where we're walking across the street in sync. that one is really dumb. sad that we don't get more frequent photo-ops togethe. maybe we'll have to start photoshoping in the absentee sister. seems there are a lot of times we can get 3 out of 4. sat in a suite at the lakers/wolves game last night courtesy of a friend of 1.1. crappy game, but fun experience. kobe is pretty good. he put on some moves that left you shaking your head, and they've got a solid team. still, the stadium was still only a little over half full. once MJ made it big time, he sold out stadiums wherever he went. is there anyone who can make that claim? maybe lebron? MJ was just that much more appealing.
had a za at mama's tonight. they make them in the shape of a heart, and we've gone there every valentine's since we've known each other. a nice little tradition. it really is the best place in town.
i got a valentine from one of my students that almost made me cry. she called me her hero. pretty heavy stuff for 8am!
