Wow, what happened to the week? Great time with Roy. Played some pretty lousy golf. The clubs will gather dust until at least January.
Sounds like Mary is doing well in Chicago. Charlie and Susan will be my Father's Day companions. Kate has had a good week in the Cities.
So rest assured that I will be back up fully engaged with the blog next week. I've missed spending the time writing. It feels good to put words together.

Dad, if fully engaged means missing two blog days in a row... I question your commitment level. Sometimes when a girl gets home from work at 130, she would like to have some nice reading to do...
I mean, I don't know. I heard a rumor Melanie and Frank drove off a cliff or something shortly after news spread Carmondii had in fact gone bankrupt after investing all his money in TrimSpa and so he went and killed himself...plane crash...you know how these things happen...so it turns out Holly used TrimSpa but months after the downfall of Carmondii, it went under, so she got huge again, and Donovan dumped her, for Carmondii's old CA senator who was in fact pregnant with Carmondi's child so Holly began to seek revenge on Donovan, first by suing him, meanwhile on a distant desert, I mean, Carmondii crashed his plane in Nevada, coincidentally thats where Melanie and Frank drove off the cliff... and carmondii survived the crash and was walking along looking for help and he saw melanie and frank's crash and he took out a gun and was about to shoot frank but stopped because he passed out due to severe head injuries and he was in a coma and so then melanie dialed 911 on her cell and spent the next 7 months at his bedside as he was in a coma, and when he woke up he promised her a new life together, even though they had nothing (they had each other) so i mean they're at the altar, re-marrying, but the senator runs down the aisle chasing a little girl, carmondii's daughter, and stops the whole thing. meanwhile, frank has left iowa to make a new life for himself as a cowboy in texas where he begins to search for his long lost parents, to trace his roots and find his family. turns out he and carmondii are brothers. donovan shows up in texas to tell him about everything going on and how he has to come back because carmondii has melanie brainwashed (and he does, he doesn't really want a new life for her) and frank asks donovan if holly is the new girl on that show biggest loser. well holly was the biggest loser sort of. she got her old body back, went to hollywood, with donovan's money (she sued him for emotional abuse or something lame like that ) and became famous. However, she comes back to iowa city to do a shoot and runs into frank and don at the starbucks and don tells her he didn't even date the senator after she had the kid so she thinks about taking him back, but really she's just interested in frank. he just wants melanie though, but she's brainwashed. frank wonders if carmondii knows they are brothers. this kid of carmondiis is actually possessed by the devil. the local witch convinces it to do spells on people and holly gets angrier and angrier that frank doesn't want her, except then the kid does a spell and he falls in love with her and they get married ......
i think thats wraps up days of our lives for the past 20 years.
