Another snow storm here. Not a lot. Just enough to make the streets slick.
I had high hopes of getting on the site this AM, but fates did not allow.
Maybe tomorrow.

Still some pain and swelling in both feet from last Saturday's long workout and its becoming a concern. All of the soreness in my major leg muscle groups has subsided. I don't suppose the two b-ball games I had to officiate on Tuesday night helped the feet.
Obviously, Memphis was a much more enjoyable experience than the TC. The key to the finish line was: more rest prior to race, cooler temps and finally following Katie's advice to just run to fininsh (I was much more relaxed this time) rather than for a time goal (too stressed at TC).
It was great to spend the weekend with my Dad and Uncle. Its a tough time of the year for him (us) and so getting out of town to some warmer weather was good for the soul. Ive always loved spending time with my parents, even as a kid, but since my Mom's passing i've really grown to cherish spending time with my Dad. This past weekend was no exception. We made some wonderful memories!
Memphis is a neat city with great BQ and music but dont stray to far from Beale St!! Apparently, a ton of Hurricane Catrina refugees have reclocated there. Not good.
I would love to go to Tahoe. Anytime in July works best for us. In August, college football officiating starts and it will be a busy month this year at the day job as we're hosting the Republican convention in September. It will require me to walk the FBI and Secret Service through every vacant building with-in a rifle scope of Downtown. They've already set-up shop to prepare for the 100,000 anticipated protestors. The Fed Gov is providing the City with 50 million for extra security measures. Hopefully a few of those dollars will end up in my pocket.
i think that was a really good comment from 1.1, if i do say so myself! maybe we'll have more stories from the quick trip into chi-town this weekend! rhs had a 82-16 loss tonight. it is hard for us to distinguish between who is on our team and who is the opponent. hoping for easy travels....
If is possible add the CresceNet(www.provedorcrescenet.com) in your blogroll, I thank. Good bye friend.
